File Save and Recall
- Fixed a bug, which prevented users of
option 200 from recalling states created under option 100,
and users of option 201 from recalling states created
under option 101.
Real Time Baseband Generator Board,
Option UN8/9
- Made switching between Option 200 (W-CDMA)
and Option 201 (cdma2000) more robust.
- Fixed problems with BBG UNLOCK error
when UN8 changes personality (i.e. Switching from NADC to
EDGE).
- Fixed problem with "File name not
found" error when selecting User FIR file.
- Added a UN3/4 delay compatible GSM
Gaussian filter to the filter Menu
Option 200 W-CDMA personality
- 64kUDI channel for 3GPP in option 200
including TFCI reordering
- Provided a pre-defined key under the
reference measurements setup menu to configure the 64k
UDI channel.
- Updated channel construction to allow
multiple transport blocks per TTI.
- The existing UDI-ISDN channel
definition is still available.
- Repaired defect which caused
instrument presets after using the "Scale to 0db"
function (option 200).
- Scramble code defect fix.
In option 200 UL, if scramble code was set before turning
W-CDMA Mode on, it did not affect the actual scramble
code being generated.
The RF signal continued to be generated with default
scramble code 0 even though the UI shows scramble code
number entered by user.
- Fixed system reboot problem in UL,
- Reference Measurement Channel setup
conforms to 25.141 V3.4.0
- Fixed a bug in UL Transport Channel
User file loading.
When changing Transport Channel data from one user file
to another user file, newly specified user file content
was not used. Previous file content continued to be used
although User Interface showed new file name.
Option 201 cdma2000 personality
- Fixed carrier feedthrough problem when
cdma2000 Reverse Link RC2 is ON.
- Fixed default limits and predefined
values for Supplemental1 Traffic and Supplemental2
Traffic channels in Radio Config 3 and 4. Changes affect
front panel data rate menus as well as SCPI data rate
limits.
Changes in data rate limits:
Radio Config 3:
S1TRaffic max is 307,200 (increased from 153,600)
S2TRaffic max is 76,800 (decreased from 153,600)
Radio Config 4:
S2TRaffic max is 115,200 (decreased from 230,400)
Dual Arbritraty Waveform Generator
Board, Option UND
Other Formats
- Key added to allow automatic random or
fixed phasing in multicarrier mode
- Added carrier phases softkey on page 2
of Multicarrier Define menu and moved Load/Store softkey
to page 2.
- Added corresponding SCPI commands:
[:SOURce]:RADio:DMODulation:ARB:SETup:MCARrier:PHASe:
FIXed|RANDom
[:SOURce]:RADio:DMODulation:ARB:SETup:MCARrier:PHASe?
CDMA Formats
- Option 100 W-CDMA 3GPP, updated
revision number to 3.4 12-00.
- Option 100 W-CDMA 3GPP, Uplink slot
format 5 fixed so that the number of TPC bits is 1
- Option 100 W-CDMA 3GPP, Test Models
changed from 4 to 8 pilot bits, TPC pattern changed from
hex 5555 to hex 2AAA
- IS-95, Fixed problem with resetting
the reconstruction filter to default when modified
multicarrier is selected and CDMA ON is set to OFF.
Bluetooth
- Fixed Continuous PN9 and Truncated PN9
data
- Fixed CRC for payload data
- Fixed signal when impairments are on,
previously when deviation = 0, drift type = sine
frequency offset was not equal to 0
- Changed BD_ADDR formatting to display
MSB on the left to LSB on the right.
BD_ADDR now takes the form:
NAP UAP LAP
0000 00 000000
