HP 10467-68701 0.5 mm IC Clips

The HP 10467-68701 kit includes four 0.5 mm IC clips. Use this kit with the HP 1160 Family Miniature Passive Probes, the HP 1144A and HP 1145A active probes, the HP 54645D Mixed Signal Oscilloscope, and HP Logic Analyzers.


The HP 1160 Family, and HP 1144A probes come with a dual lead adapter, connecting the IC clips to an HP 1160 probe tip.

For use with the HP 1145A, the HP54620A/C, the HP 54645D mixed-signal oscilloscope or other HP Logic Analyzers, just plug the IC clips directly onto the leads. No dual lead adapter is needed.

For use with the 10400 family probes order the 10467A kit which includes 4 IC clips and a dual lead adapter.

For use with the 10070 Family probes order the 10075A kit which includes 4 IC clips and a dual lead adapter.
