HP 10567A Dual-Beam Beam Splitter

The HP 10567A beam splitter is designed for beam diameters of 6 mm or less. Its is a 50% beam splitter that allows both of the split beams to return through the splitter, parallel to the incoming beam. It is most useful when the number of optical ports must be minimized (e.g., in a vacuum chamber), or when both receivers must be mounted in the same area. The HP 10567A optic includes a housing for standard mounting.

The HP 10567A optic, used to manipulate beam path, is one of a family of directing optics used in laser-interferometer positioning systems. Configured with appropriate laser head and system electronics, the directing optics are part of a precise positioning system providing the highest positioning accuracy, resolution, and repeatability.
