HP 16034E Test Fixture(SMD Components)

HP 16034E is a test fixture for Impedance Measurements; For SMD Components. Impedance Measurements at such lower frequencies typically use measurement instruments with four-terminal-pair configuration for improved measurement accuracy and a wider mesaurement range.

Measurement Instrument: HP4192A, HP4194A(Impedance Mode), HP4263B, HP4278A, HP4279A, HP4284A, HP4285A

Frequency: DC to 40MHz, DC Bias: -40V to +40V

Operating Temperature: 0 to 55degC (same as for measurement instrument. Approx. 70degC, for HP16034E only.)

How to use: Sandwiches chip between two test electrodes.

Terminal Connection: BNC, 4 terminal-pair
