HP 16092A Spring Clip Fixture

HP 16092A is an accessory used for SMD components at HF/VHF. A test fixture using an APC-7 connector can be connected directly to a measurement instrument having an APC-7 connector. It can also be connected to a measurement instrument having a 4 terminal -pair configuration via an HP16085B adapter(4 terminal to APC-7 adapeter), or to an RF probe (HP4194A + HP41941A/B) via an HP16099A adapter(RF probe to APC-7 adapter).
  • Measurement Instrument: HP4286A, HP4291B, HP4395A or HP4396B + HP43961A
  • When used with HP16085B: HP4192A, HP4194A, HP4263B, HP4278A, HP4279A, HP4284A, HP4285A
  • When used with HP16099A: HP4194A + HP41941A/B
  • Frequency: DC to 500MHz
  • DC Bias: -40V to +40V
  • Operating Temperature: 0 to 55degC (Same as for Measurement Instrument)
  • Holds the clip component with the clip electrodes.
  • It is also provided with another pair of electrodes for holding the lead components.
  • Terminal Connection: APC-7
