HP 1655XA/D State and Logic Analyzer Family

The HP 1655XA/D state and timing analyzer modules offer a range of memory depths and state analysis speeds to fit your application. The HP 16550A standard state and timing analysis module offers industry standard state and timing analysis features at an affordable price. The HP 16554A/5A/6A and HP 16555D/6D deeper memory analyzers provide the same acquisition and triggering capabilities as the standard analyzer, but provide the deeper memory needed to capture elusive system crashes.

All these state and timing analyzer modules use the same probing scheme, which makes it possible for you to easily interchange probing interconnections whenever your probing needs change. They also connect to HP's broad and growing microprocessor support matrix, because the probes are compatible with previous HP state and timing analyzer modules.

View system activity at full speed with up to 110 MHz state on all channels.
Full-speed time or state counting
Count states or time between samples with 8 ns resolution while acquiring clocked data at rates up to 110 MHz.
Up to 500 MHz conventional timing analysis
Verify critical edge times with measurements having up to 2 ns resolution.
Up to 340, 2 M deep channels
Debug 64 bit microprocessor systems, ASICs or for other applications requiring large channel counts.
