  • Instrument:HP4284A, HP4285A
  • When used with an HP4284A, supplies a DC bias current up to 40 Adc(using HP42841A x 2)
  • When used with an HP4285A, supplies a DC bias current up to 10 Adc(using HP42841A x 1)
  • Requires HP42842A/B/C(test fixtures) and HP42843A(bias current cable when HP42841A x 2 are used.)
  • Used with HP4284A/HP4285A and HP42841A or HP42842A/B/C, ensures safe and accurate DC bias-superimposed measurements.
  • Clear Plastic cover is provided for safe measurement
  • Opening the cover decrease the voltage generated by inductor back -emf to a level below 40V within 0.1 second.
  • Heat-sensitive lead prevents DUTs from overheating
  • Also equipped with DC bias voltage monitoring.
