  • Reliable measurement of a variety of signals
  • Low parts count and 10-year MTBF
  • Easy-to-use front panel display, control buttons, and functions
  • Reliable triggering
  • Optional high-performance time base

Reliable measurement

Sine wave, square wave, and pulse measurements are easily performed.

Low parts count

The design and excellent MTBF ensure long-term, reliable service.

Easy-to-use

The front panel includes a seven-digit LED display, a separate/common switch for ease in making single or dual-channel time-interval measurements, and HOLD button for single measurements. Quick ratio, ratio average, and totalize functions speed measurements.

Reliable triggering

Special circuitry prevents counting a signal if it is not large enough to give a correct reading. This avoids miscounting on low-level noise.

Optional time base

A temperature-compensated crystal oscillator gives a three-fold improvement in aging, as well as a ten-fold improvement in frequency variation over a 0 to 40 degree C temperature range. This option is recommended whenever high stability with temperature or less time between calibrations is desired.
