HP 54006A 6 GHz Resistive Divider Probe Kit

The HP 54006A High Frequency Probe provides passive probing of high speed logic circuits and low impedance circuits. The probe allows interchangeable probe tip division ratios of 10:1 or 20:1. The major advantage of this probe is the small amount of capacitive probe tip loading (~250 fF). This makes it possible to probe high frequency circuits without disturbing the circuit with a large capacitive load.

The HP 54006A probe system is useful with the HP 54700 family and HP 54120 family oscilloscopes.
