The 6632B System DC Power Supply is an ideal power source for demanding production test applications. This dc power supply offers high performance and precision measurements in a one-box solution. To reduce test-system development time and provide precision testing, the 6632B provides current measurement down to the microamp level. The 6632B also provides high-speed programming with under 4 millisecond response time.

Transient Response Time: Less than 100 us (50 us in the fast mode) for the

Command Processing Time: Average time required for the output 
voltage to begin to change following receipt of digital data is 4 ms 
for power supplies connected directly to the HP-IB.

Output Programming Response Time: The rise and fall time 
(10/90% and 90/10%) of the output voltage is less then 2 ms.  
(400 us in the fast mode)  The output voltage change settles 
within 1 LSB (0.025% X rated voltage) of final value in less than 6 ms.
(2 ms in the fast mode)

Measurement Time: Average time to make a voltage or current 
measurement is 50 ms.

HP-IB Interface Capabilities: SH1, AH1, T6, L4, SR1, RL1, PP0, 
DC1, DT1, E1 and CO.  IEEE 488.2, SCPI command set and HP 6630A Series 
programming compatibility.
