HP 8471D 2 GHz Planar-Doped Barrier Diode Detector |
The HP 8471D is a low-cost, planar-doped barrier detector offering
excellent performance to 2 GHz. A negative polarity output is standard,
and a positive polarity is available as Option 103. A load option
(Option 102) extends the square-law region to at least -10 dBm. The HP
8471D has a BNC (m) input connector and a frequency range of 100 kHz to
2 GHz, making it ideal for use in RF and low microwave applications.
Frequency Range: 0.0001 GHz to 2 GHz Response (dB): ±0.2 to 1 GHz ±0.4 to 2 GHz SWR Maximum (50 ohms nominal): <1.23 to 1 GHz <1.46 to 2 GHz Low-level Sensitivity: >0.5 mV/µW Maximum Input (peak or average): 100 mW Short-term Maximum Input (<1 min.): 0.7 W Option 001/002 Optimum Sqaure-Law Load: Yes Option 003 Positive Polarity Output: Yes Input Connector: BNC (m) Output Connector: BNC (f)
