The HP 8471E is a low-cost, planar-doped barrier detector offering
excellent performance from 10 MHz to 12 GHz. It has an SMA (m) input
connector and an SMC (m) output connector.
Frequency Range: 0.01 GHz to 12 GHz Response (dB): ±0.23 GHz to 4 GHz ±0.6 GHz to 8 GHz ±0.85 GHz to 12 GHz SWR Maximum (50 ohms nominal): <1.2 GHz to 4 GHz <1.7 GHz to 8 GHz <2.4 GHz to 12 GHz Low-level Sensitivity: >0.4 mV/µW Maximum Input (peak or average): 200 mW Short-term Maximum Input (< 1 min.): 0.75 W Option 001/002 Optimum Square-Law Load: No Option 003 Positive Polarity Output: Yes Input Connector: SMA (m) Output Connector: SMA (m)
