The HP 85301C antenna & radar cross-section measurement system provides the instrumentation necessary to perform automated far-field antenna pattern or radar cross-section measurements. It operates from 45 MHz to 26.5 GHz with the HP 8511A harmonic sampler-based frequency converter. An optional capability extends the frequency range from 45 MHz to 50 GHz by substituting an HP 8511B. This system provides an economical solution while maintaining superb performance for indoor ranges. The HP 85301C system includes an HP 8360 series RF source, system cabling, HP-IB extenders, and a system rack. The system also includes on-site installation and performance verification, one day of consulting with an HP applications engineer, and one-year on-site service.
