The HP 85719A noise figure measurement personality combined with the HP 8590 series spectrum analyzers and supporting options/accessories provide both spectrum analysis and noise figure capability in a single instrument. Simultaneous swept noise figure and gain from 10 MHz to 2.9 GHz.
