Product Summary

The HP 85878A EMI report generator software captures measurement results, archives data, and generates EMI reports. Combining the high level measurement capability of Hewlett-Packard's EMC analyzers or EMI receivers with the EMI report generator software, you can perform EMI measurements automatically and capture the display, measurement list, correction factors, limit lines, trace data, log and linear graphs, and instrument settings. Measurement data can then be exported into word processing and spreadsheet programs, using a variety of file formats. Search and retrieve stored measurements, using search criteria such as date ranges, job title, equipment under test name, or serial number and then use the data to create EMI reports. Use the Word for Windows® EMI report templates supplied with the software or create your own reports.

Product Features

• Captures measurement results from the HP 8590EM series EMC analyzer, HP 8546A/42E EMI receivers, or 84125A/B EMI microwave receiver systems.

• Measurement results include the display, trace data, measurement list, correction factors, limit lines, and instrument settings.

• Retrieves archived data quickly using a variety of criteria.

• Generates EMI reports automatically or manually cut and paste or drag and drop the measurement elements into a spreadsheet or word processing program.

• Interfaces with Hewlett-Packard's EMC analyzers and EMI receivers using HP-IB interface card, National Instruments AT GP-IB card, or RS-232 port.
