With tighter digital specifications and analog improvements, the HP 94000 Series solves many of the challenges of testing today's emerging mixed-signal devices such as integrated PC-audio sound chips, high-speed peripheral chips, consumer devices, chips for the "information superhighway" and other device families requiring faster digital performance test. The cost-effective HP 94000 Series is fully compatible with the existing HP 9490 Series of mixed-signal testers.

The HP 94000 Series includes RF capability, including eight RF ports capable of sourcing up to 3GHz, and measuremnt up to 6GHz. HP's specialized RF hardware is capable of making spectral, vector, modulation/de-modulation and noise-figure measurements.
