The HP 9490 Mixed-Signal Test System Family represents a significant contribution to the world of mixed-signal device testing.

HP measurement expertise has been applied to the technology of testing mixed-signal devices in a unique combination of reliability, modularity, and high performance. The HP 9490 family is built from state of the art technology developed at Hewlett-Packard for outstanding technical performance.

HP 9490XL family is a low-cost solution for testing mixed-signal ICs. These systems are targeted at production test and wafer probing of low-cost devices for which cost-of-test is critical.

The HP 9490 Series includes RF capability, including eight RF ports capable of sourcing up to 3GHz, and measurement up to 6GHz. HP's specialized RF hardware is capable of making spectral, vector, modulation/de-modulation and noise-figure measurements.
