HP E1313A 32-Channel Scanning A/D Converter![]()

The unique design of the analog subsystem provides a new level of density by combining a 100 kHz 16-bit A/D with a 32-channel differential FET multiplexer. Additional measurement capabilities are provided by adding Signal Conditioning Plug-ons (SCPs) to the HP E1313A. Refer to the SCP’s Technical Specifications for more information.
This module provides multifunction measurement capability including dc voltage, temperature, resistance, and strain.
