The HP E2070C HP-IB Interface Card is a complete hardware and software library package for HP Series 700 workstations. It helps you quickly automate your test station. It provides a cost effective, easy to buy hardware/software combination.

The economical HP E2070C handles a solid 230 KB/s maximum data rate. The interface is supported by SICL and VISA (HP-UX 9.x is supported by SICL only, not VISA). SICL and VISA let you work with open I/O libraries that are portable, regardless of the I/O interface or computer platform.

The HP-IB interface card plugs into one EISA slot in the backplane of your external controller. An HP-IB cable connects the card to the command module in Slot 0 of the VXI mainframe or directly to an HP-IB instrument.
