HP E2409C Intel 80C286 Preprocessor Interface |
The HP E2409C provides an easy way to connect your Intel 80286
target system to an HP logic analyzer. The preprocessor
provides a complete electrical and mechanical interface between
your target system and an HP logic analyzer. Included with the E2409C
is software which automatically configures the analyzer labeling
address, data and status lines. The inverse assembler decodes bus
activity and displays 80C286 mnemonics in state listings.
Microprocessor Compatibility
68 pin PGA up to 25 MHz Intel 80C286 All other microprocessors that comply with Intel 80286 specifications LCC and PLCC versions are supported and require optional adapters

HP 165X HP 16510 HP 16540A/D, 16541A/D HP 16542A HP 16550A HP 1655XA HP 1662A/AS, C/CS
Probes Required
Three 16-channel probes are required for complete state disassembly. An additional pod would allow timing measurements of all signals.
Adapters
All pods are terminated on the probe. No additional TAs need to be ordered.

16 pF on RESET and HLDA 8 pF on all other signals

Additional Characteristics:
Timing Analysis Support: All signals are buffered by 74FCT646ATQ gates with a 1 ns channel- to-channel skew except for S0 and S1, which are buffered twice and have a 5 ns delay relative to all other signals.
