HP E5503A Phase Noise Measurement Solution, 50 kHz to 18.0 GHz![]()

The new HP E5503A phase noise measurement solution has been designed to minimize the production ATE test times for one-port VCOs, DROs, crystal oscillators, and synthesizers and to maximize the capability for R&D benchtop applications. By building upon 30 years of Hewlett-Packard low phase noise, RF design and measurement experience, the HP E5503A solution continues to provide excellent measurement integrity, repeatability and accuracy. The HP E5503A solution has been configured to meet the needs of production test. It includes industry standard VXI and MMS modular hardware to provide maximum test throughput, current and future measurement flexibility and asset reuse. This solution can easily include specific RF reference sources, additional baseband analysis hardware, and computers for complete production phase noise measurement solutions.
