The MPEGscope Plus combines powerful real-time monitoring and measurement capability with extensive post-capture analysis and advanced streaming functionality. The MPEGscope Plus provides you with the tools to quickly isolate problems while developing or qualifying DVB/MPEG-2 systems.
Real-time monitoring and measurements are the most effective way to isolate transient problems in real-world situations. The MPEGscope Plus combines real-time methods with in-depth post analysis via automatic triggering or manual data capture allowing engineers to view interpreted data streams.
TheMPEG stream generation function provides you with the ability to generate streams with extreme precision - up to 1 Hz rate resolution! Send preconfigured streams, optional decoder stress test streams, streams you FTP from the internet or capture and replay a stream from your multiplexer. You will also be able capture and edit a stream before transmitting it, or compose your own Transport Stream from elementary streams.
The MPEGscope Plus is an extendable platform designed with the future in mind. Software add-on's, such as the MPEG Video Elementary Stream Compression Analyzer or the DVB/MPEG Compliance Verification Test Suite, and optional interface ports provide you with flexibility to grow the testers functionality over time and thereby protecting your investment.
