Product Summary
The Internet Advisor ATM offers complete testing from the physical
layer through the applications running on top of the highest protocol
stack. It also gives the user end-to-end visibility of an ATM circuit.
The user can monitor any existing circuit in both directions. Simulation
of any cell rate up to full bandwidth is available for checking policing
algorithms or verifying cell loss through a switch. The data can be seen
in several formats and includes decodes for most common LAN protocols as
well as NNI, UNI3.0 / 3.1 signaling, OAM, ILMI and LANE 1.0 specifications.

- Check timing on full duplex traffic -- Two full bandwidth receive and regenerating circuits in the module allow for seeing the command sent and their responses for timing measurements.
- Automatic audit of ATM Services -- Gathers all active VPI/VCIs and their associated
adaptation layer encapsulation and services to show which circuits are being used, and how theyare being used.
- Continuity Testing -- A PING can be used to verify connectivity and also check timing of round trip delay.
