VXI Counters/Time Interval Analyzer

HP counters deliver wide functionality and high performance. Standard measurement capabilities include frequency, period, time interval, and totalize. Each counter also offers additional measurement capabilities that may include gated totalizer, ratio, pulse width, rise/fall time, or up/down counter. The time interval analyzer captures high-resolution timing measurements.
