VXI RF Multiplexer Modules

A multiplexer connects one point to one of many other points. The primary use of an RF multiplexer is to switch multiple analog signals to an oscilloscope or a spectrum, network, or distortion analyzer. RF multiplexers are commonly used in video and telecommunications applications.
