No doubt, the vast majority of the German people no longer entirely believes what is propagated by the "Holocaust Industry". No wonder, when a creed is imposed upon a nation, the people naturally refuse to believe it. In all sections of society most doubt the official holocaust stories. The Germans are aware of the fact that journalists must propagate "the criminal law enforced image of history" in order not to go to prison. The renowned "Berliner Zeitung" was quite blunt when the editors condemned "governments that hijack historiography." The paper asserted that "the image of history, decreed by Germany, does not say anything about the truth of the holocaust, but says everything about Germany."

Ten years ago the German parliament made the so-called "Auschwitz-Lie" explicitly punishable [up to five years in prison]. The relevant paragraph [130] of the law reads: "A prison sentence of up to five years will be imposed if the acts, committed under the rule of National Socialism, as defined under the international 'Law of Genocide', are publicly approved, denied or belittled, in a way, suitable to incite people."

If one of the delegates of the International Conference on anti-Semitism, starting tomorrow in Berlin, should want to know, who in Germany is responsible for the fight against anti-Semitism, he would get the following answer: The prosecution services and the police are responsible, but not the people.

The ban of the "Auschwitz-Lie" is bizarre. Not only is the putative battle against the discrimination of Jews being perpetuated in a subtle way. Moreover, the fact that Jews need protection against anti-Semitism in their own homeland is no less humiliating than anti-Semitism itself.

It was for this reason that the then President of the "Council of Jews in Germany", Hendrik van Dam, opposed years ago the intention, to create "a national Park by the criminal law" for Jews in Germany - in Germany, of all countries. This is the way Germany protects her historical monuments. ... By protecting the "Auschwitz-Lie" the law really protects a legal right that was, for good reasons, unknown in the history of democratic states: a law that enforces a state-created image of history.

The mathematic formulas, used by Old- and Neo-Nazis in an attempt to reduce the victim numbers, may be repulsive. Any such trivialisation is repellent and rightly perceived as offensive by those concerned. However, it will not help the truth of the holocaust if it is only laid down in the books of law, when it has not entered into people's minds and souls. It is of little help to the truth when people are forced to believe, not because the truth is irrefutable, but because people are ordered to believe in the truth. States are writing history, but when states seize hold of history, when they deny society the image of history, when they instead decree history, then nothing is said about the truth, but everything is said about such states.

Writing history with an enforced penal code, says a lot about the trust of such states in their democratic substance and says a lot about their trust in the people's awareness in the rule of law.

The participants of the International Conference on anti-Semitism should know that there does not exist anti-Semitism in Germany, simply because anti-Semitism is banned by law and any violation would be punished.
