Sens. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA.) and Larry Craig (R-ID) and the Senate
are at it again trying to push through AMNESTY LEGISLATION ignoring
the will of legal citizens with a sneak attack. The Minuteman Civil
Defense Corps (MCDC) calls upon citizens nationally to join them in
opposing this attempt at a back door FAKE Feinstein Emergency.

This NEW AMNESTY PROPOSAL being brought forward NOW in
the U.S. Senate is an end run that around the law and hopes to officially
create parts of the roadmap to amnesty the "open-borders" lobby continue
to espouse. This latest amnesty program has been added a Senate Amendment
for the Iraq War supplemental spending bill.
THIS BILL MUST BE
STOPPED. It would do the following:
- Grant a three-year work visa followed by a permanent greencard to
all illegal aliens who have been working as shepherds, goat herders and
dairy herders.
- Grant a five-year work visa to the estimated 1.3 million illegal
aliens working in other agricultural jobs -- plus all of their families.
There is no instruction on what happens after the five years.
- Grant a tripling of the maximum number of H-2B visas for lower
skill, non-agricultural seasonal workers.
- Grant industries an extra 218,000 additional permanent green cards
for skilled foreign workers.
