it's not true or they will come up with some so-called antifungal drug
that will "zap" that fungus right out of you. |

If the person's tumor's metabolism is catabolic (alkaline) the baking soda could result in...no, let me rephrase that...it WILL result in...rapid tumor growth and a marked INCREASE in pain in the patient! Yes, fungal growth promotes cancer growth...bigtime...so killing it is important, but it is not cancer. A tumor can be either anabolic or catabolic. They must be treated quite differently. I have been unable to convince my doctor(s)
that my problems have been caused by fungii. Its nice to
see that someone in the medical community "catching
on". Is there a way to see cure rates for this type of therapy? If they can be documented, I would like to spread this word to many others who might have some impact. Hal |

What I can get out of the work of Dr. Simoncini is that Candida can affect the course of diseases. But this doesn’t allow to draw conclusions for the cause of this diseases. To shrink a tumor by injection of sodium bicarbonate might be an effective treatment but it is not real healing. Healing means to resolve the basic cause of the illness and allow the body to heal itself. In medical science this knowledge is available and scientifically approved. But using it would blow the whole system. And to talk about it could compromise this very informative website. So let’s go on to beat around the bush. |

I had come across a buried medical journal article months ago re how systemic fungal infections could possibly mimic CLL (chronic lymphocytic leukemia) or other forms of cancer. My Mom has been diagnosed with CLL and I have sent her some Candex (among other supplements to assist in achieving an alkaline pH) just recently in the hope this might be the answer!!! To read this from Dr. M is an absolute Godsend!!! I don't know if a fungal infection can fight off Candex. I've heard such great things about it (eg. no 'die-off effect'). Thank you Dr. Mercola!!!! I have been taking a product from Germany called ALKA N to reduce acidity. You get a number of strips to test your urine first thing in the morning, and it seems to be working. It contains sodium bicarbonate, potassium bicarbonate and sodium citrate. You have to take it in warm to hot water so it doesn't remain in the stomach long enough to interfere with normal stomach acid. It has been known for many years that meat creates an acid environment in the body, which then causes a loss of calcium. I have cut out meat and sugar (I was a bit of a chocaholic!) - sugar also creates acidity. Candida can be created by lack of stomach acid, which decreases after the age of forty.Without enough acid to digest your food, it can ferment and eventually lead to candida. This has been my experience in the past. |

Please be very carefull with this'doctor': in the Netherlands patients have died in spite of and even during the treatment! He may be a dangerous crook, he is convicted in Italy and is not allowed to practise anymore. Not only conventional medicine is against him: Dutch CAM/cancer docters say his story is wrong and all experts support this. Better listen to Servan Schreiber: he knows what he is talking about! |

Dear Friends, For years I have used bicarbonate soda (ordinary baking soda) to buffer my purified water to bring it up to the bodies proper pH level of pH 7.365. If you want to check your municipal water, use Litmus Tape (pH tape) available at most any health food store. The pH level of the water where I live is pH 6.2. That is acidic and it is not worth drinking. The principal cause of decease in anyones body is Acidosis, caused by an acidic life style of fast food, junk food, and processed food that comes in a box or a can – the favorite menu of millions of people in North America and the major cause of obesity. An Acidic life style depletes the the natural Alkaline reserves in ones body, and when this reserve is depleted, it also effects the immune system. That is why people with HIV are so vulnerable to illness because HIV is an immune disorder. What I believe it really is, is an acute state of acidosis. And so what when a person gets sick what do they do but give them more acid in the form of medications that only treat their symptoms, but which in reality keeps them in a perpetual acidic condition. It is no surprise to me that a simple treatment with bicarbonate soda, thus creating an alkaline environment in the decease, is the best mode of treatment. But because you cannot patent "Bicarbonate Soda" Big Pharma is seen for the sham that it is – nothing but a money and profit machine. Buffer your water with bicarbonate soda. Use Litmus Paper to check the pH level of your water. Bring that water up to pH 7.4 - 7.6. Eat healthy whole fruits and vegetables and eat as much of your food raw as you can. Omit the processed foods, deep fried foods and sugars (pop and ice cream) from your diet and you will have wonderful health and no decease in your body. It is simply your choice. If this really works, then this is quite a breakthrough, and I'm very happy for cancer patients. However, if a person has Morgellon's disease as well, I have to wonder if this would be detrimental to them. It has been found that Morgellon's disease thrives in an alkaline environment and these victims are told to keep their ph neutral. Perhaps by injecting the cancer tumor only, Morgellons wouldn't progress as fast??? I would be interested in what Dr. Mercola has to say about this. |

There is no universal cause for cancer except failure to keep a clean, toxin free body and environment and to maintain a healthy diet and lifestyle to keep the immune system strong. Simoncini makes some good points; however, if you look at Simoncini's actual success rates they are not nearly as impressive as advertised - and they come from intravenous pharmaceutical sodium bicarbonate, which does not at all translate to taking sodium bicarbonate orally at home. One has to laugh at the urban legend making the rounds about sodium bicarbonate and maple syrup being effective because the maple syrup carries the sodium bicarbonate to the cancer cells (thus somehow escaping the digestion process entirely). Sodium bicarbonate may be a good idea, as might other items that help oxygenate the cells, but I would suggest skipping the maple syrup. I think it would be more appropriate to look at what the underlying cause was that led to fungus, which may in many instances helped lead to cancer. On the other hand, there may also often be a case of which came first - the cancer or the fungus. Let an animal decay in a moist woods environment and there will be fungus on the carcass at some point. Was fungus the cause of death? Many have tried to put forth a "universal" cause of cancer. I believe it is no more fungus than it is Hulda Clark's mysterious flukes. I surely can't tell you of any one single cause of cancer (if there were it would likely be exposure to toxins), but I can suggest an approach to conquer cancer based on what we know and believe we know about it. Note that one of my several suggestions is omega-3 fats, and my favorite product is none other than the good Doc's krill oil. I have to say that this all sounds a bit quackish. I have no doubt that acid terrain and yeast/mold/fungi are the players in many diseases including cancer, but I'd like specific histology studies that confirm that cancer growths are actually composed of fungal material. Just because Simoncini says the growths are white we're supposed to assume it's mold? That said, m/y/f is the devil and let's support hard scientific studies that will prove it. Until then, eat and drink foods that don't encourage the m/y/f growth and avoid moldy environments and mycotoxin containing foods. |

This reminds me of Royal Raymond Rife's demonstration that cancer was caused by pleomorphic microorganisms. When the one that he
declared changed its shape in an acid environment, it reliably produced
cancer. The idea that what looks like a virus, or like a
bacteria could also change shape and look like a fungus is still not
widely accepted or known. Rife agreed with Bechamp that when the environment changed, disease states changed. According to this theory acidity produces more disease, and the wrong kind of microorganism in acid makes cancer. The treatment outlined here in this video is doing just this on a localized basis -changing_acidity_to_alkaline. When the body's overall acidity is reduced, then cancer has a hard time getting established because the environment in which it resides is not conducive to cancer/fungal growth. Rife was also the originator of a "zapper". He created a resonance device that shattered the offending microorganism's cell wall. After it did that, the immune system sould clean up the debris.
