willi000:
I LOVE to argue, so if that's what you want, you've chosen the right person.
IF you read the FAQ, which I doubt you actually did BEFORE you posted, you CLEARLY failed to indicate that you had done so and you CLEARLY DID NOT FOLLOW IT'S INSTRUCTIONS!!!
It is self-evident that YOU did not SEARCH for information on the net before you posted. And this is not an issue of "politeness" and saying "please," it is an issue of YOU recognizing that YOU have a "responsibility" to do certain thing BEFORE you post a question here.
You stated you had tried what one would assume are "ready made tools" without having made any reasonable effort to identify your "target" and "the tools which might be effective against it".
How do I know that?? Because I put "unpacking .pac files" in MY favorite search engine and read what I found. That target may be "[T]he .pac file, developed by SafeNet Borderless Security" and there is ample discussion of unpacking such files. Had you searched AT ALL,
you would have found such information and come here with a more intelligent question. By the way, if it is the SafeNet product it uses "AES 256 encryption
algorithm and has the option for a 10 – 70 character pass-phrase."

It may be something from ProtectPack, which provides "Portable Media Encryption." There are others, but YOU knew that, didn't you, because you had dilligently searched the net before posting here.
Frankly, you opinions of my "attitude" are of no interest to me. I have a responsibility here, which I attempt to carry out in the best interest of these Forums.
What you have clearly demonstrated, so far, is that you were too lazy to search the net for answers to your issue before posting here, and are prone to engage in "useless self-justification" of your failure to do so. So please go wine to your mother, she's the only one likely to give you sympathy for being "pathetic."
Regards,
