I have installed CommandBar and set hardware bp but nothing happens!

I cannot use normal bp as the program somehow knows they are their and crashes

How do I use Hardware bp that I have set?

well commandbar is a plugin so that means the original can run without it too and perform its functions plugins are like extensions to already existing functionalities
anyway on the subject
right click on the line you need to set hardware bpt you will see
many option set hardware breakpoint on execution if you are sure the line will be executed

if you want to see what hardware bpts have been set then use menu--->debug--->hardware bpt
you can set upto a max of 4 hard ware bpt at any given time
