Here is a "Data Ripper" Olly plugin which can rip data directly out of an app being debugged. Just select the data in any Olly data window, right click to select Data Ripper and rip the data into the format you need. Data Ripper also has some basic editing and file merge functions so the ripped data can be copied easily into your code.

This is the first general release of Data Ripper 1.1. This release supports ASM, C/C++, Delphi, comma separated values and data string formats. The Readme has info about how to use it.

If you have any suggestion for improvements post them here. There are a few plugins around which can rip data but no one plugin has a full range of the functions needed.

DataRipper is crashing olly !!

1. start olly
2. select some code
3. right click - data ripper ( using c/c++)
4. now dont save the code ... selecting NO in the prompt box
5. close olly ....
IT WILL CRASH !!!

I can't reproduce the problem? I've tried a few variations but no crash.

I had one crash reported during beta testing but it turned out to be because the Olly plugin limit had been reached!

Can you give me more details please.
