[DONGLE.DMP installation.]
Copy dongles.dmp to the root directory of the system drive. 
i.g. C:\

Dongle.dmp contains the emulated dongle data.

The ID is "36C7-4321"
For FLEXlm format: FLEXID=7-36C74321" 

If need a different number, patch dongle.dmp with
any suitable HEX editor and reboot.

[NT installation.]

Run NTINST.

If you are using Windows 2000, see the note below.

If you already have a Sentinel driver installed:

Then go to Control Panel start DRIVERS configuration.
Unload "SENTINEL" and make it manualy loadable.

Make "Rainbow Sentinel Dongle Emulator" loading at startup.
To start at power up, go to the device manager and change the 
the "startup type" to "Automatic".

NOTE: In the Windows 2000 Device Manager, you must pull down
the "View" menu and check the "Show Hidden Devices" entry.
Then find and expand the "Non-Plug and Play Drivers" tree.
In this sub-tree you can change find "Sentinel" and 
"Rainbow Sentinel Dongle Emulator" drivers.

[W95/98 installation.]

1) In the Windows\system directory, make backup copy of the original
 sentinel.vxd. Alternately, rename it to sentinal.vxd.org

2) Copy sentinel.vxd to your windows\system directory instead of 
original one.

3) reboot.
