| I've got your release and it asks me to <do something, enter something, etc>. I have no idea <how to do it, where to find it, etc>. I'm <scared, upset, confused, mad, angry, mentally ill, gonna die etc>. What do I do now?! | Read file named damn.nfo that should be somewhere near the keymaker. If there's no such file, visit our release list section and search for the .nfo file there. Read it. As a matter of fact, you must always read nfo files prior to using keymakers. This makes life easier and FGA sections shorter. |
| Your keymaker doesn't work! | Check if your computer is turned on. If it is, check if it's our keymaker. If it is, check if the keymaker is for the same version of the program you're trying to register (check if it's for the same program just in case). If it is, go to the board and use its search function to check if this problem has already been reported. If it hasn't, please report. Thank you! |
