1) Start ItsPersonal 2.9g

   Go to Help --> Enter Serial Number to show the registration box.

   Key in as follows :

   Name : Ex3cutor
   Serial Number : 1234567890


2) Before pressing Enter, fire up SoftIce by pressing "Ctrl D" and set a breakpoint as follow :

   bpx hmemcpy [Enter]

   then press F5 to return back to the program

3) Now, click "OK" to go back to SoftIce.

   Within SoftIce, press F5 once !

   Then, type

   bc * [Enter] to clear our breakpoint

   Press F11 then F12 11 times to reach to the following code :

   0048EEFE   MOV   EAX, [EBP-0C]


4) Now press F10 3 times to reach

   0048EF0A   MOV   EAX, [EBP-04]

   type d edx to show our fake serial number (which is 1234567890 in this case)


5) Press F10 again to reach

   0048EF0D   CALL   00495294

   type d eax to show our name (which is Ex3cutor in this case)


4) Press F10 1 more time to reach to the following code :

   0048EF12   TEST   AL, AL

   Now, type

   d edx [Enter]

   Wow ! Our REAL serial number is there !!! (which is RKS-2690427)

   Wait ! This isn't finished yet !

   type d [Enter]

   What do you see ? Another serial number is there !!! (which is RKS-2741852)


6) Exit SoftIce and enter the real serial number (either one). You'll then be welcomed
   by a "Thank-you" message !
