is the protection in the main exe or does hasp include dll files?
do i have to unpack the exe file and look in the header how its packed? i found a tutorial hasp_hl_cracking.pdf... and it looks with ollydbg at the first entry point .. . but since i dont own the dongle.. do you have any idea how i could start.
It's sometimes possible, sometimes easy and sometimes impossible. Every app is different in how it uses the APi and which Api it uses. There is no excuse for it ever being possible, but programmers can be lazy.
Communication is normally by device control i/o to the driver. You should disassemble your app in IDA and use the latest Hasp sigs for Ida.
Also, if you run a logger/monitor like Toro's or Sataron you can see the Modad/password your dongle is using. If you then search all the RE boards and google for that Modad you may find somebody has already uploaded a dongle dump somewhere.
As it is a hasp hl, you may find your app is using hl encrypt/decrypt functions. Without a dongle you cannot log encryption query/answer pairs so life will then get very hard.

git ure cool i like you.thats the information i needed..
impossible work for me ... since this software is not around in the internet...
I'm not sure what you mean. You have the target app as you said in your first message. All the tools I mentioned are most definitely "around in the internet".
