finding algo in bin file using ida

My Problem, How this HEX Data being encoded

DEE82B2D899645B4276E536ED0BD240072F65999EC2C21A7C4 A66329E3E6725DD2774AFD5762DE40 by a device. the device had been cracked and the algo was in the file (Bin) is what i posted above, i want to know how to decode/encode this data.

i had did checking already the bin file in ida, but i only see the hex data, actualy im beginner in this field, thats why i ask for help here :)
