Transfer hasp to other pc

On my laptop i installed the hasphl 2007 emulator.
Now i have a new laptop and i wanted to transfer the software.
So i copied the dmp file to the new laptop
runned the hasp hl 2007 software and installed a new dng file.

However it will not work.

Is it not possible to copy the dmp file to other pc?

did u installed the hasp drivers?
I am no expert but am just trying to think of options.
