RET-Chef for March/April

Well due to waking up in the morning to a list of requests to bring back RET-Chef. Here we are for the 3rd edition of this challenge.
This time we decided to make it a little more ellegant. (kw you should like this one)

The topic is pork.. whatever you can think to do with pork.. vegetables and potatoes of course in some form on the side.
