How To Unpack this exe (with Detail info)

Dear Experts,

I would like to kindly request you to give a hint how to unpack this tool.

If you have time, I don't mind you can give a solution.

The program is demo with full function.

It request key to register (activate with order number).

It protected by Borland Delphi 6.0 - 7.0 (info from PEiD)

I am willing to learn how to make keygen and unpacking .
