Are you speaking about really hardware cloning ? Not software?
How you can change reserved cells ?

For sure all this clone technology exist (Currently I know Microdog/SoftDog/Rockey4/HASPHL had done, except I can't sure the SuperPro had done but it's possible) but lot of post just AD for reseller. And almost all this type link was infected with malware for unknow purpose.
