I have dmp file of HASP SRM created by h6api.exe. Now I want to convert this to REG is there any solution for this. I have already tried uniDmpToReg.exe to do the same. But it shows me that file size is wrong.

No, there is no public solution. If you want create "reg" just contact creator of this dumper and make sure that you have ready lot of money...
