Is it possible to clone USB Hardlock dongle?

It doesn't use an ASIC.

It use a standard 8-bit RISC One Time Programmable, and an eeprom.

Does it Aladdin "hardlock" or it is a custom hard lock?
People here prefer software clones (emulators). Anyway, hardware cloning is possible as well.
