View Full Version : Sentinel SuperPro Dongle Dump Problem

I might be a newbie here, but I did a lot of research & reading on this forum and google'd around, but with no success, so I am relying on good people on this forum to help me out if they can/will. So big thanx to them in advance.

After running all the utilities I found they all showed it is Sentinel SuperPro/UltraPro dongle, which actually said me what I already knew, but nothing exact. My final guess is that is SuperPro dongle as it is as such identified in CP under Device Manager.
My dilemma is quite understandable I guess as I did not want to end up with my dongle locked because I missed the type.

Then I used ngoksun's dumper, but I get error - Can't retreive key info.
Then I used PVA 3.3 (unchecked BF, just to be sure it doesn't lock my dongle and got dmp file which I converted to ssp with f1_nodongle and then finally to reg with ssp2reg (v1.11).
I followed the instructions in this post http://www.reteam.org/board/showthread.php?t=662 and started Sentinel vUSB Emulator, but seems it is not working (I don't get the info in my sw which I get with real dongle attached).
I also tried with SENTEMUL2007 and 2008, but 2007 gets me BSOD and 2008 returns error about invalid dongle key file (created with edgesprofix).

All I know about dongle is that it's license is valid until end of this year.

Please help me out to make a backup copy of this dongle. Thanx.

you have a simply donglr without any algo...
try read carefull readme in any vusb-based emulator and get valid reg. nave happy.

Search here for MultiKey emulator, latest is V18.0.3 and convert your dump with dmp2mkey. The dongle has 2 counters so if you need them to work you may need to dump again but use the bruteforce to get the WP. To be honest, I can't remember if MultiKey needs the WP to be able to write/decrement or not.

Thanks Git, actually I have dl'ed MultiKey, but haven't tried it after vusb hasn't been working.
Now I have tried MultiKey and it works. Thanx for the idea.
I have used the old dmp file I have and as far as I can see it works just fine.
Will post here if I bump into some problems.

the vusb is not working because you need to make reg file with ssp2reg for that.

Your reg key if contains ruboard text that means this is for vusb if it says multikey it is for multikey.

I think you can use

SoftKey.Solutions.SENTINEL.Emulator.2007.FIXED-EDGE

http://www.woodmann.com/crackz/Tools/Dongles/Edgesprofix.zip

With this tools you can dump and convert the .dmp to .dng file.
The .dng file then can be used with the SENTEMUL 200X (2007 is the best for me)

The emulator can be downloaded from the net @ from this forum.

I had good luck with the TORO Emulator.

I used the Toro emulator.My Application runs well without the Dongle now.
