check you hasp protection is using SRM?.... use hasp 2009 tool from dongleservices.com

Erali sorry for that what mean of SRM if its a software then send me its link . and i also try to create dump through hasp 2009 but its still give same error that show in link picture ........

h4dmp and h5dmp also not work.......... have there any other software for creating dmp of hasp4.....
