Help Unpacking PC-Guard 5.0 -> Blagoje Ceklic

Hi i have been trying for the last couple of days to find a program to unpack this type of file, and none seam to work, a ms dos window opens and closes straight away.

I have been reading a few tutorials, and have tried to use olly dbg to manually unpack the file but i am still having trouble and some of the tutorials have really bad english.

Can anyone point me in the right direction, or provide help as i am really interested in learning how to do this.

If it helps this is the file that i am trying to unpack. I dont expect someone to upack it for me but if someone was willing to, i can try and carry on from that point.

To note i have tried to use Orthodox / Team ICU tutorial but it does not work and they state that it does not work for pc guard v5.02 as it terminates the program after 5 preses of f9.

Which is exactly what is happening to me, so does this file hav pc guard 5.02, PEiD only states PC Guard v5.00
