Is it possible to get the same dump if I dump from a dongle emulator that run the .dng file and the original dongle?
Yes. Degree of success depends on how well the emulator is written. Also, some of the commercial emulators try to make it difficult to dump the data correctly.

What do you mean by depends on how well the emulator is written?
Is it about the code in the emulator @ the dump?
I have a .dng of HASP for QINSy software. The .dng was created using HASPHL2007 emulator. The I convert it to.dng using EDGE software.
I mean quality of source code that makes the emulator. Can you please not quote 100% of messages, it really is not necessary. Thanks.
