Crash when loading dng file

Hi all, I'm new in this forum.
I've used edgespro11 for generate a dng file.
When i load it in SENTEMUL2007,tab. Dongles, my system crash.
Till yesterday all works good. But today...
I've tried the dng file in another pc and it works.
I've already tried to re-generate the dng file and reinstallation driver, but nothing.


Any idea?

To fix you problem, try the following step :
1. Open Sentemul2007
2. Click Stop Serveice
3. Move to driver Tab and click "Clean Storage"
4. Start service again.
5. Goto C:\WINDOWS\Prefetch and delete all file on the "prefetch" folder.
6. Load your .dng on Sentemul2007 again.
7. Start your s/w
