Hello everyone, i have a software wich is protected by wibu codemeter cmstick.

is there any free emulator for such protection framework?

i have the dongle of course, so i can eventually dump it if there are tools for dumping it and an emulator from wich i can use the dump.

i need this becouse i'm experiencing problems with the dongle, wich keeps on disconnecting from the USB port on its own and this causes my software to hang.

i'm worried that the dongle is going to die so if i can find a way to dump and emulate it, this would help me alot.

thnx in advice for the help

There is no free emulator for cmstick. You may dump it, using "Backup" option of web-manager or using instructions from http://nodongle.biz/backup-tools/wibu-codemeter-dongle-free-dumper/

Why dont you contact vendor sumpport? They will replace your key quickly for free or much more lower then any emulation service.

I assume you have tested the dongle on a different port and/or on a different computer?
