HHL MEM wrong size?

Hi guys I am real newbie at this.

Question is I have dumped files from Hasp key, I can convert one to reg file but the other says it is unknown length. It is the HHlL MEM.dmp file?

Is multikey best to use for this emulator?

Just need some guidance on steps required to get this to work as I have confused myself!!!
