yes
you can not dump this dongle search in google and " share com port " and you can find a tool for dump but after how you make emulator is not possible :) if you want use geminicad you need app cracking

Having access to the dongle should make the reversing of the app a fairly simple task; albeit time consuming, but doable.
Some dongle manufacturers make attempts to obfuscate debuggers, so applying the necessary patches/add-ons to your debugger may be necessary before any attempts are made.
